• When will tickets be available for Indian Trail Christmas?

    • Tickets are now on sale. You can purchase your tickets online, or in person after each Worship Service at First Baptist Church Indian Trail on Sunday Mornings.

  • Where is Indian Trail Christmas held?

  • When are the performances?

    • Performances will take place December 13th-15th. December 13th has one performance at 7:00pm. December 14th has two performances – one at 3:00pm and the other at 7:00pm. The final performance is on December 15th and will take place at 6:00pm. The Worship Center will open approximately 1 hour prior to each performance.

  • Will my online Credit Card transaction be secure?

    • Yes. Credit Card transactions are processed via iTickets using their industry-standard security methods. We do not store Credit Card numbers in our system.

  • Are there refunds or exchanges for tickets?

    • Due to the high volume of expected guests per performance we can’t promise that you will have a seat in another showing, so no we aren’t offering refunds or exchanges.

  • Are there additional charges?

    • Yes. iTickets assesses a $1 processing fee for every ticket. In addition, payments made via credit card have an additional 4% credit card usage fee. 

  • Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can purchase per transaction?

    • No. Bring your friends and family!

  • How will I get my ticket for admission?

    • If you purchase your ticket online, you will be able to print your ticket directly at home or you can save the ticket to your mobile device. If you purchase your tickets in person, we can print your ticket for you.

  • Will I get an email confirmation of my ticket purchase?

    • Yes. As soon as the transaction is complete, our system will confirm your purchase via email. From there, you can print your ticket or save it to your mobile device.

  • Do you provide wheelchair seating?

    • Yes. Limited wheelchair seating is available. To reserve wheelchair seating, please contact us. Rebecca.matthews or via phone 704-893-2627.

  • Do I have to purchase a ticket for my child?

    • Yes. Every person, including children (ages 2 & up), must have a purchased ticket. If your child is under 2 years of age and will be sitting in someone’s lap, a ticket is not necessary. HOWEVER, a seat may not be taken up by a car seat, stroller, etc. Due to safety precautions (the production will be using the aisles), car seats and strollers are also not allowed to be stored in the aisles.

  • Will there be childcare?

    • No. Childcare isn't provided.

  • Our church would love to bring a large group to this event. How does that work?

    • We welcome large groups and are happy to accommodate for you. There are no discounts provided for large groups, but purchasing tickets as soon as they become available will allow your group to sit together for the performance.   • Is there a discount for senior citizens?

    • No. There are no discounts for Indian Trail Christmas.

  • May I take pictures during the performance?

    • No. We do not allow personal video equipment or cameras of any kind in the Worship Center. The flashes from the cameras are distracting to the performers as well as other guests.

  • Do you use special effects?

    • Yes. During the performance, there will be elaborate staging and lighting, a high-resolution LED video wall, brilliant music, angels, live animals, and other surprising features.

  • When can we arrive to find our seats?

    • The doors will open 1 hour before the performance begins.
